TRIBUTE He was different, be was special,
Unique in so many ways, He was giving, he was loving, And we will miss him all our days. There are those who covet fame, There are those who covet wealth,
But he was different . . . There are some who strive fo r praise;
They yearn fo r world applause, There are some who chase siveet comfort
As their one and only cause But he was different . . . His legacy was friendship,
He was so giving of his time, His bequest was his faith in God.
He teas stung by illness, But it could not defeat his faith.

And when he heard death coming, He didn't cower in fear.
Instead he called out boldly, "l am ready to go be with the Lord." Of course, the Lord will welcome him, And instead of mourning as we rem em ber him this hour, We really should be celebrating the bloom of a flower. But forgive us, Lord, for wishing he were here. It's hard to give up someone we love so clear, Because you see -- H e was loving, he was unic/ue in many ivays, He was loving, he teas giving, ana we will miss him, all our days.
