at her residence.
Mrs. Quency Lee Bradshaw was born on March 11, 1938 in Waynesboro, Georgia to the late Sammie Joe Youngblood. She was raised by her grandparents, the late Mr. and Mrs. Sammie (Annie) Douse, all of Augusta,Ga.
She accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of Thompson Bridge Baptist Church. When she moved to Augusta, Ga. she joined True Vine Baptist Church.
She was a 1957 graduated of Lucy C. Laney High School
She retired from St. Joseph Hospital Environmental Services Department after 38 years of service where she touched the lives of her co-workers.
She will always be remembered for her quiet and gentle spirit and also her strong faith. She was a very loving and devoted mother and grandmother.
Cherishing her memories are two daughters, Carolyn (Ervin) Johnson, Brenda Johnson both of Augusta,Ga. Three sons, James (Deborah) Bradshaw, Arnold Bradshaw both of Augusta, Ga. , and Darrell (Michelle) Bradshaw of Montgomery, Ala.Three sisters, Theresa (Vernon) Major, Leora (Willie) Moss, and Jacqueline R. Cooper, all of Augusta, Ga. Four brothers, William (Lillian) Cooper, Sammie (Mary) Cooper both of Augusta, Ga., Willie (Stephanie) Cooper of Fort Washington, M D ., and Calvin (Yvonne) White of Hendersonville, TN. Two aunts, Isabelle Harper of Waynesboro, Ga. and Julia Smalls of Manhatten, NY. Twelve grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
