Leader: We are saddened, this afternoon. Response: Our grief is great. Leader: What is the Nature of our grief? Response: Death has come to our Christian Family. We have
lost our loved one, Mr. Alvin Blount. We recognize that we will be lonely. It is for this reason that we grieve. Leader: God understands these feelings of grief. Let us therefore place our trust in Him and seek His guidance.

Minister and People: I believe in God the Father Almighty, maker nf heaven and earth; and in Jesus Christ His only Son. our Lord; who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, crucified, dead and buried; the third day He rose from the dead; He ascended into heaven, and sitteth at the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence He shall come to judge the quick and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic church, the cominunion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.
