THANK YOU
Perhaps you sang a touching song. Or came and just sat quietly in a chair; Perhaps you sent lovely flowers, If so, we saw them there. Perhaps you sent or spoke comforting words Or helped us to pray; Perhaps you were not there at all Just thought of us that day. Perhaps you prepared some tasty food, Or maybe furnished a car; Perhaps you rendered a service unseen; Right here or from afar, Whatever you did to console our hearts, We thank you sincerely whatever the part.

Crossing the Bar
Sunset and evening star and one clear call for me! And may there be no moaning at the bar
When I put out to sea.
But such a tide as moving seems asleep, Too full for sound and foam,
When that which drew from out the boundless deep Turns again home.
Twilight and evening bell, And after that the dark! And may there be no sadness of farewell
When I embark;
For through from out are bourne of time and place
The flood may bear me far, I hope to see my Pilot face to face
When I have crossed the bar. Alfred Tennyson
