UNIVERSAL CIRCLE ROUTINGS are available over all airlines at 10% less than regular
one way fares. To secure the 10% discount, tickets must be purchased in advance for the entire
trip and only routes specified thereon may be used. Passenger must travel the entire tour by air
unless forwarded by airline involved on another carrier because of flight cancellation due to
weather or other reasons. Routings when specified on Circle Routing tickets will be changed en
route, except in the case of weather cancellation, only on payment by passenger of the regular
one way fares for the portion of the Circle trip completed. Printed in U.S.A.
GENERAL INFORMATION
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
RESERVATIONS must be made in advance as all seats are reserved. Space
for which tickets have not been purchased will not be guaranteed. Reservations
may be made at any Northwest Airlines ticket office, at transportation or
porters desks in leading hotels, authorized travel bureaus. Postal or Western
Union Telegraph offices, or offices of connecting lines.
CANCELLATIONS will be accepted and full refund made on telegraphic,
telephone, written or verbal notice if such notice is received by 9:00 p.m. the
preceding day where planes depart earlier than 10:30 a.m. and two hours before
scheduled departure where planes depart after 10:00 a.m. Space reserved but
not paid for will be held until two hours before departure of plane and will be
sold at that time if not called for.
BAGGAGE: Thirty-five pounds of baggage including brief cases and hand
luggage will be carried free on any ticket. Baggage in excess of 35 pounds w'ill
be charged for at the rate of of 1 % of the published one-way fare per pound,
with a minimum charge of 25 cents. Baggage in excess of 50 pounds per passenger
will be carried only by special arrangement. Baggage dimension limits are
15"x20"x36". Animals, birds, and reptiles will not be carried.
ROUND TRIP FARSSs A reduction of 10% or more is made on round trip
tickets purchased befOTS Sight is begun. Return coupons are valid for transporta-
ti on only when reservations have been made and confirmed. Return portions
of round trip tickets are good for sixty days from date of sale.
CHILDRENS FARES: Children under two years of age will be carried free
if held on lap of parents or guardian. Children between 2 years and 12 years
will be required to pay only one-half fare, except between Twin Cities and
Chicago. Children between 6 and 12 may travel unaccompanied.
SCHEDULES show the time at which planes may be expected to arrive at, or
depart from stations, and to connect with other planes or trains, but the com-
pany will not be responsible for consequences arising from delays or from errors
in the printed schedule. The time shown is subject to change without notice.
STOP OVERS are permitted at any regularly scheduled stop, but passenger
assumes responsibility of making necessary subsequent reservations.
DINING SERVICE: You are the guest of Northwest Airlines at stations
designated in the regular time table and also in flight during meal time.
LOST ARTICLES: Left on planes refer to Traffic Dept., Holman Municipal
Airport, St. Paul, Minnesota.
CAB SERVICE: For the convenience of its passengers. Northwest Airlines
will be glad to arrange bus or taxi transportation if notice is given Pilot, Steward
or Ticket Agent before departure of plane.
