- Printed, bound legal briefs of evidence prepared by both the prosecution and defense at the Leo Frank trial that took place in Fulton Superior Court during its July 1913 term, and presented to the Georgia Supreme Court during its Fall 1913 term. Included in the brief are National Pencil Company factory records, diagrams of the Venable Building in Atlanta, Georgia (the location of the National Pencil Company), notes from Jim Conley, the prosecution's main witness, and handwriting specimens of Leo Frank. Briefs of evidence are prepared by the legal teams for the prosecution and defense and contain copies of all the evidence that will be relied on against the accused if a trial is contested.
