- This folder contains a January 18, 1915 letter to "Mr. Connolly" (C. P. Connolly, an investigative journalist working for Collier's Weekly) from Ray Frank, mother of Leo Frank, thanking him for a copy of his book "The Truth About the Frank Case..." (New York: Vail-Ballou Company, 1915), and requesting the return of family photographs when he is done using them for his writing work. The next item is a letter from L. S. Roan, the judge who presided over Leo Frank's original case in Fulton County, to Frank's legal team requesting executive clemency that Frank's sentence be commuted to life imprisonment.
