DINAH RUTII WITHERSPOON was born December 7,19 52 in Atlanta,

Georgia to the late Mr. and Mrs. Eddie and Lillie Parks. She passed away on

October 23, 2002 after a ftght with breast cancer.

Dinah graduated from Joseph Charles Murphy High School here in Atlanta

in 1971.

She was united in holy matrimony with Larry Witherspoon for a period of

six years.

She was a member of Turner Monumetal AME Church where she actively

participated in borh Sunday School and Bible Study.

One of Dinah's proudest moments in life was when she received notiftcation

that she had obtained a file clerk's position with the Internal Revenue Service.

She faithfully served the IRS for a period of approximately ten years.

Dinah enjoyed taking care of her children, spending time with her close

friends, and eating out. She will be well remembered for her love f~H

Piccadilly Cafeteria.

Dinah will also be well remembered for her warm and open heart. She was

willing to assist practically anyone in a time of need to the best of her ability;,

often times at the expense of her own needs . Dinah's faith in her Lord and

Savior Jesus Christ served as a shining example of all who knew her. Dinah

epitomized the true love of mankind.
