If tears could build a stairway And memories were a lane We would walk right up to heaven And bring you back again No farewell words were spoken
No time to say goodbye You were gone before we knew it
And only God knows why Our hearts still ache in sadness
And secret tears still flow What it meant to lose you
No one will ever know But now we know you want us
To mourn for you no more To remember all the happy times
Life still has much in store Since you'll never be forgotten
We pledge to you today A hallowed place within our hearts
Is where you'll always stay.

Obituary
Larry James Wilson was tlorn in Atlanta, Georgia on September 2, 1943 to the late James Wilson and Pastor Olivia Ford. He entered into final rest on Thursday, March 20, 2014.
Larry was a product of the Atlanta Public School System {Turner High). He was well known in the Dixie Hills Community. He enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing, and spending time at the casino. He LOVED driving trucks which he did for over 40 years traveling all over the country.
Whenever any of his children would take a road trip, he wanted to know what route you were taking. He would tell them if it was a good route and how long it should take to reach the destination. He was like a "National GPS". He knew how to get you there in a timely manner, and we will definitely miss that about him.
He leaves to cherish his memory wife, Mary Frances: sons, Reginald {Rosa) and Bernard: daughters, Salathia {Jeffery), Melinda {Carl), Monica {Rodgerick), Shinica and Kalphria: brother, Willie: sisters, Margaret, Maxine, Lucinda, Nell, Robin, Audrey, and Judy {Willie): aunt, Mrs. Lena Pace: mother-in-law, Mary Alice Roman: sister-in-law, Jacqueline Sampson: brother-in-law, Sydney Holston: 11 Grandchildren; 16 Great Grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
