He was enrolled in the East Point School System (Russell and South Fulton). He later became a very well known model. He was employed by Owen's Illinois for a number of years, later he became a Driver for Day & Night Cab service where he worked up until his passing. Everyone knew him as (Flash). Carl was a very familiar face in the East Point Neighborhood. He will truly be missed.
Carl attended Grant Chapel A.M.E. Church and Neriah Baptist Church in East Point, Georgia.
Carl is survived by his wife, Mrs. Delores Williams. His four daughters, Mrs. Careeka (Michael) Pettigrew, Mrs. Kenya (Quentin) Moseley, Carletta Banks, Muna White. His four sons, Minister Toy Vishun Williams, , Kaheem Leon Williams, Dwan Quinton Williams and Carlos.
His four sisters, Mrs. Sheila (Benny) Tutman, Ms. Helen Baynes, Ms. Ozzie Banks, Ms. Louise McKenzie (Miami, FL). His one aunt, Minister Jean Strozier; 21 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, a host of friends, and a longtime friend Mr. Joe Thomas.
There's Peace and Calm in the 23rd Psalm With the lord as "your Shepherd" You have all that you need
For, If you "Follow in his footsteps" Where he may lead,
He will guard and guide And keep you in his loving watchful care,
And when traveling in "Dark Valleys" Your Shepherd will be there His goodness is unfailing His Kindness knows no end,
For the Lord is a " Good Shepherd" On whom you can depend
So, when your heart is trouble You' ll find quiet peace and calm
If you open up your Bible And just read this Treasured Psalm.
Your Aunt, (A NEE)
