BETTY JEAN KIMBROUGH WILLIAMS was born on March 22, 1948 in Birmingham, Ala-
bama to the late Willie Burl Kimbrough and Martha Ann Bonner Jackson.
She was educated in the Birmingham Public School System and was a graduate ofA.H. Parker High School. She matriculated to Samford University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree.
She was employed for many years as a medical laboratory supervisor at Laboratory Corporation of America where she was recognized for over thirty years of dedicated service.

She was united in Holy Matrimony to Robert C. Williams on August 27, 1971 and to this union a son was born.

In her later years she became a Corvette enthusiast along with her husband and they traveled with the International Council ofCorvette Clubs (ICCC).
While she spent the vast majority of her life supporting and loving her husband, son, brothers, and aunts, she received her greatest joy at the birth of her grandchildren: Carson Michaelle and Caitlyn McKenzie.

The Recessional

God looked down on his children, And decided then and there,
That a grandmother was needed, To give special love and care.
She'd be warm and understanding, With the brightest, twinkling eyes, that will always shine with pleasure,
when she had a nice surprise.

She tell lots ofhappy stories, And knew special games to play, And with cookies, hugs and kisses,
She'd chase children stears away.
When God thought ofall the lovely things, She'd do to make life fun, He created a grandmother,
That was loved by everyone.
