Misty L. White was born on August 19, 1975 in Atlanta, Georgia to Ms. Brenda White and Mr. Larry Sloan. Misty at an early age was baptized at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, but later attended several other churches in the Atlanta area.
Misty was educated in the Atlanta Public Schools, where she graduated from Benjamin E. Mays High School. She went on to attend Atlanta Area technical College where she obtained a Certification in Medical Office and Billing. .She later f~rthered her studies and became a Certified Medical Assistant working as a Dialysis Technician and Certified Nursing Assistant for several nursing facilities.
Misty's desire for becoming a nurse never wavered. She has a natural gift for helping others. Later, as her health began to decline she had to put studies on hold but that did not stop her from helping as many people that she crossed paths with. Always with a smile and a word to uplift the day, Misty never met a stranger and if she did she did not know it. She loved her girls, family and friends. She had a zest for life and lived it to the fullest.
\Misty leaves to cherish her memory: mother, Brenda White, Father) Larry Sloan; four daughters, Taylor White, Autumn White, Jordan White, and Janiaya Sloan; sister, Kermille (I'az) Brown; grandmothers, Dora Smith, Mobile Alabama, Vonnie Miles, Atlanta Georgia, two nieces, Jade and Yadira Brown; a host of special aunts rind, uncles, cousins qnd friends, close friend, Horace (Unc' Adams; ana special friend' , Jay Sloan.

:

Dear Mommie, We were in love with you. So deeply in love that
we didn't care if you were sick. We didn!t care that we would not have long together. None of these things mattered to us all we cared about was doing something that our heart had told us was the right thing to do. In our minds, it was the first time God had ever spoken directly to us and we knew . with certainty that we weren't going to disobey. We will always love you.
