Obituary
On Monday, August 18, 2003, the chariot stopped to carry "'June Bug" to his heavenly hotne. He was born to the parentage ofthe late Mr. and Mrs. Dick Waters, Sr.
At an early age he joined the New Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church. He received his education fron1 Ballard Hudson High School and Forest Park Con11nunity College in St. Louis.
In 1957 he joined the United States Navy. After returning hotne, he united in Holy Matritnony to Lucy Walker, to this union four children were born. Brighton Alexander Waters preceded him in death.
He leaves to cherish his tnernory: his wife, Betty Waters; seven daughters, Satnuella Walker, Dora Walls, Vanessa Waters, Charla Head, all of St. Louis, MO, Bobbie White (Aralee ), Bertha Burton (Reuben) and Lady Waters- Liggins of rvlacon. GA; one son, Frederick Coker of Macon, GA; fifteen grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren~ three sisters, Lady Bell Allen, Luvenia Lewis and Veronica Burnett; sister-in-law, Addie Moore of Long Island, N.Y.; and tnany relatives and friends.
