hituart!
Mrs. Eunice Cannady Wallace, the daughter of the late Mr. Richard Cannady and Mrs. Ozie Hargrow, was born February 7, 1947 in Cordele, Georgia.
As a young lady, she migrated to Atlanta, Georgia, where she married Mr. Cosby (Billy) Wallace.
She attended the public schools of Cordele and furthered her education in Atlanta, receiving an R.N. degree from Emory University School of Nursing.
She was employed for several years at Emory Hospital and the Atlanta Board of Education. Mt. Nebo Baptist Church was her choice of worship. She was loved and respected by many people from all walks of life. She was kind, most generous - a very lovable person.
Mrs. Wallace made her transition on Saturday, October 16, 1993 and leaves to cherish and carry on her memory, a devoted husband, Mr. Cosby (Billy) Wallace; son, Mr. Ricky Cannady and daughter-in-law, Eva; grandchildren, Torrence, Tevarius, Ricky, Jr. and Brittney; stepson, Mr. and Mrs. Victor Williams and family; mother, Mrs. Ozie Hargrow Clark; sisters, Ms. Lerlene Bozeman, Ms. Ruby Burns, Ms. Irene Givan, Ms. Jacquelyn Smith and Ms. Jeannie Holmes; brothers, Mr. Emanuel Holmes, Mr. John Holmes, Mr. Henry Cullins, and Mr. Donald Cullins; brothers-in-law, Mr. Ernest Wallace, Jr. and Mr. Ervin Wallace; fifteen nieces, four nephews, thirty great-nephews, two greatgreat-nephews; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A precious one from us has gone, A voice we love is still.
A place is vacant in our hearts, That never can be filled.
