Obituary
William Walker Jr. was born on September 17, 1931 in Atlanta, Georgia to William Walker, Sr. and Sara Scott.
William was affectionately known as "Junior," "Kookie,,, "Jun,'-' and "'~WW .'-' He was educated in the Atlanta Public School system and attended Howard High School. At an early age, he met and later married Jacquelin Davis who preceded him in death. William joined Ebenezer Baptist Church at an early age where he was a member of the September Birthday Club. William shared ownership with the late Albert T. Davie a '(.Home for the Elderly.,, He later became co-owner of "Evergreen House of Flowers,, while retiring as a mail clerk for Mutual of Omaha. He was an active member of the Big Bethel Gentlemen,s Club. William's family and friends enjoyed his passion for pictures and the color (."GOLD.', He was very artistic and loved decorating . His creative talents were displayed through flowers and design. He will be greatly missed by a host of relatives and friends especially his immediate family: four children, Barron Walker, Lucretia Dixon (Tommie), Aquilla Walker and Jacqueline W. Curtis (Dextert ten grandchildren, Darryl Walker, Johnathan Johnson, Aquilla Walker, Demarcus Walker, Octavious Bostic, Keisha Johnson, Tiffany Bostic, William Dixon, Dexter Curtis, Jr., Demetrius Dixon; one great grand-son, Kenneth Jenkins, Jr. ; two brothers, Nathaniel Walker (Freda), Larry Joe Walker (Michelle); and, one sister, Eula Walker.
