was born in Kimball, West Virginia October 10, 1948. She was the second child of seven (7) sib;Lings

born to the union of the late Elbert M. Tyree Sr. & Mary Turner Tyree.

The family later relocated to Cleveland, Ohio where Brenda attended the public school of Cleveland: Quincy Elementary, Rawlings Jr. High, and graduated from John Hay High School. She attended Cuyahoga Jr. College, Beulah Heights University, Atlanta Metropolitan College, American University of Biblical Studies and was currently enrolled at Liberty University.

Brenda was baptized at an early age a,t the Ennn:a.ntl~t'i~iSt:aptist Church where her family attended for many years.
