~ born to the late Raymond Thrash, Sr. and Pauline Thrash on March 25,
1962, in Atlanta, Georgia. He attended Frederick Douglass High School and Job Corp. He was employed with Fulton County Tag Office for 16 years. Ricky was a devoted member of Tabernacle Baptist Church where he rededicated his life to Christ, sang with Anointed Voices Choir, served as treasurer and secretary. Ricky enjoyed traveling with the choir and being a part of the "How Sweet the Sound Competition", in 2009.
He departed this life Saturday, January 30, 2010. He leaves to cherish his memory four brothers, Raymond (Patricia) Thrash, Jr., David (Marcella) Thrash, Davey Thrash, Lonnie Thrash; one sister, Paulette (Steven) Daniel, Sr.; four aunts, Jerryteen Smith, Evelyn Ponder, Gloria (Purvis) Snipes, Miriam (Paul) Stanley, Sr.; two uncles, Pinkie (Sharon) Smith, Ill, and Lunnie (Angela) Smith, Sr.; two nieces, Arielle Thrash and Pauleah Thrash; two nephews, Daiton Thrash and Steven Daniel, Jr., and a host of relatives and friends.
