Lady and The Rose
Once upon a time there was this lady who set out to buy a new house. The old house she stayed in had gotten to be worn and weak. It was falling down around her, so she searched and searched until she found a new home. After moving into the house and getting settled, she decided to plant a garden in her backyard. So she got her tools, her fertilizer, and her bulbs and set out to do the job at hand. While she was working so diligently she noticed in the corner of her yard a rose, for this rose was like no other, it had many colors. She was so captured by this rose's beauty, she decided to take care of the rose. Then spring turned into fall and the rose began to wither, and then it died. The lady was so sadden by this event that she decided that next spring to plant another rose in its place. So when next spring came, she set out to do just that. She gathered up all her tools and went into her backyard. But to her surprise right before her eyes, the rose .was back. Yes, her dear friend had returned again. This process continued for many springs. But then one spring the rose didn't return, instead in its place was a note, for it read, "I haven't left you, but just moved to another home." The lady once again was so sadden by this that she decided to move again. After finding another house and finally settling in, she decided to plant a garden in that backyard. So she gathered up all her tools, her bulbs, and her fertilizer. Then she set out to do just that. But she was very amazed when she looked in the corner of her yard, for the rose she thought she had lost, had returned home with a note saying, "It comes a time when you have to leave out the house you're in for a new life to begin."
The End
P.S. A heart is a house of love given from God above, that you never have to move out of.
