Obsequies for Mr. Emmonds Kay Thompson II, "A Loving God Knows Best", Monday, November 15, 1993, 1:00 P.M., New Hope Baptist Church, 236 Richardson Street, Southwest, Atlanta, Georgia, The Reverend Dennis Byrd, Pastor, Officiating

God saw the road was getting rough,

The hills were hard to climb.

He gently closed those loving eyes

.And Whispered, uPeace Be Thine."

Although our hearts are bleeding

With sorrow we must bear,

May it bring us joy and comfort

<

Knowing he is happy there...
