~ rffJ-m& c?T'~was born on July 17, 1933 in
Buckhead, Georgia. She entered eternal life on June 6, 2004. Pinkie was preceded in death by her mother, Georgia Chapple and son, James Terrell.
Pinkie accepted Christ at an early age and joined Mt. Zion Baptist Church under the ministry of The Reverend Watkins. In her later years, she joined Welcome Friend Baptist Church and was active with the Mother Board ministry.
She leaves to cherish her memory, two sons, Bobby Terrell and Alton Terry of Atlanta, GA; two granddaughters; three great-grandchildren; one sister, Mr. and Mrs. Tommie Freeman (Ann); five brothers, Mr. John Chappel, Mr. and Mrs. Waymon Lawrence (Dorothy Ann), Mr. George Chapple, Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Chapple (Lucille), and Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Chapple (Brenda); a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. She was loved and will be deeply missed by all.
God saw she was getting tired And a cure was not to be
So he put his arms around her And whispered, "Come with Me. "
With tearfilled eyes We watched her suffer andfade away.
Although we loved her deeply, We could not make her stay
A golden heart stopped beating Hard working hands put to rest God broke our hearts to prove to us
He only takes the best
