Obituary
Mr. A. D. Taylor was born in Morgan County, Georgia, August 18,1909 to Mr. Add Degree and Mrs. Leila Adams Taylor. He received his education in the public schools of Morgan County.
For many, many years he was an employee of Harris Furniture Company in Madison, where he remained until his retirement a few years ago.
A faithful member of Little Indian Creek Baptist Church, he was a member of the Trustee Board of the Church.
February 13, 1980 at his home on Hancock Street, he departed this life. He leaves his wife, Mrs . Callie Cotton Taylor; three sons, Mr. Robert Taylor, Mr. Willie Taylor and Mr. Jesse Taylor; daughter-in-law , one grandson , all of Atlanta; sister, Mrs. Amy Lee Sheppard , Covington , aunt , Mrs . Pauline Collie , Atlanta, nieces, nephews , other relatives and many, many friends .
