nrs. Annie Kate Smith was born on February 4, 1920 in Stockbridge, Ga and departed this life suddenl.v on /\pril 14, 1986.
In moving to /\tlanta in her late teens, she received her education from David T. Howard lligh :School.
"Kate" as she was lovingly called united with Mt. vJelcome's church falllily in the late fifties under the leadership of Rev. L.IL Stewart, ~tlhere she served faithfully, and was a thoughtful and considerate member of the Charles ~J. Grant Gospel Choir. She was a very devoted and conscientious person.
