Clarence was born January 5, 1942 in Macon, Georgia

to the parentage of Mr. Timothy Shannon (deceased)

and Miss Nanny Walker.

Clarence was educated in the Bibb County School System, attended Savannah State College and Kentucky State College. He later joined the US Army and served his country. He was employed in the Bibb County School System for a number of years.
