Kapathia "Pasa" Turk Scott was born November 20, 1973 to Mrs. JoAnn Turk and the

late Mr. Frank Turk Jr. She is preceded in death by her grandparents John and Maybell

Aikens, and Liza Mae and Frank Turk Sr. all of Covington Georgia.

Pasa was educated in her early years in the Newton County Public schools. She

graduated from high school in Decatur Georgia at Avondale High School with the class

of 1992. Pasa moved back to Newton County where she worked diligently at Checkers

and Wendy's restaurants here in Covington.

Pasa received her early Christian foundation at Early Hope Baptist Church in

Covington under the Pastorage of Reverend Hughes. She more recently in March 2009

joined the Cary Temple Baptist Church under the Pastorage of Reverend Johnny

Hutchinson. In the latter stages of her Christian walk Pasa would occasionally worship

with The City

Christian Church under the Pastorage

of Ronnie C. White Sr.

Kapathia later met

Mr. Luke Scott Jr. and on

November 21, 2008 they were married

and were the proud recepients of

two very talented and adorable

daughters, Okeema and

Shamya who are truly the center of

their joy.

Affectionately called "Pasa" by her

family, Kapathia was a very

outspoken person with a warm and

loving heart. She would go out

of her way to please everybody. She

knew no strangers. She enjoyed

watching and playing sports, with the

Atlanta Braves being her favorite

team of all. Kapathia was very

devoted to her family. She will

be greatly missed.

Pasa leaves behind to cherish her

memories her devoted husband

Luke Scott Jr., her daughters,

Okeema Turk (Albany State),

Shamya Turk (Covington), her

mother, Mrs. JoAnn Turk

(Covington), her sisters: Angela

(Larry) Marks,

Lisa Aikens, Kimberly Turk, all of

Covington, and Cassandra Turk

(Conyers), her brothers

Sammy Aikens, Wayne Turk, all of Covington, Jason Turk (Decatur GA). Mother and

father in law, Shirley and Luke Scott Sr. (New York).

Aunts Willia (Leroy) Brown, Dorothy (Gregory) Johnson, Shirley (David) Nolley,

Mary Elaine (Jarvis) Reynolds, Ruby Lee (Tony) Gupta, Mary Blount. Uncles, Roy

(Henrietta) Fears, Charles Turk, Clyde (Deborah) Turk, Michael Turk. Sister -in- law

Aisha Scott (Covington), brother in law De' EL Gillis, James Scott, and Tab Scott all of

Covington, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and dear friends.

Special considerations to Ms Betty Turk.

We love you mama, wife, sister, aunt, you will be missed, thank you for all that you

have done. Rest in peace.
