Willie Mae was born February 6, 1928 in Atlanta, Georgia to the late Robert and Leola Callaway. She ttansitioned to her heavenly home on ovember 10, 2015. She "\vas preceded in death by her husband; Willie Paul Robinson and one son, Randy James Robinson.
She graduated from Booker T. Washington High School in Atlanta, Georgia.
t an early age she joined Thomas Grove Baptist Church in Atlanta, Georgia. After moving to Douglasville, Georgia she joined the Zion Hill Baptist Church Truth Center where she remained a member.
She worked for the Douglas County Courthouse for ten years before retiring.
Willie Mae loved God and her family. She was a kindhearted and loving person. Her parents said she never gave them a problem. When she was asked about her late husband she "\vould respond by saying "One husband."
he leaves to cherish her memories; daughter, Selester Ann Harris, Thelma Jean Robinson, Cheryl Lynn (Fredrick) Jackson and Paula Vanessa Tisdale; seven sons: Timothy Delvin (Betty) Robinson, Robert Paul (Glynis) Robinson, tanley ayne Robinson, Richard Lee Robinson, Larry Dean (Annette) Robinson, William Leon Robinson, Terry Wayne Robinson; three sisters, Margaree Polk, Thelma Gimmy) Milline and Edna Bryant; twenty-five grandchildren, forty greatgrandchildren, se eral nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
