Ms. Lillian Roberta Reeves was born in Atlanta, GA on January 27, 1943 to the late Bonnie Wyatt and the late Alice Goodwin. In Atlanta, she attended Carver High School.
Ms. Reeves was employed by the U. S. Postal Service where she retired in 1998. Lillian led a very adventurous life in her fiftyeight years, such as modeling, singing, teaching and being a devoted n1other and grandrnother. She was a member of the Chapel Hill I-Iarvester Church in Decatur, GA where she was a faithful choir member.
Lillian is survived by her three daughters: Renea K. Jones (Gary), Felec:ia Knox, and Courtney Cox; one sister, Emma Goodwin~ one brother, Herbert Christmas; two nieces, eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and a host of other family n1embers and friends.
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul; he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies; thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.
