crlie Liglit in my Life
Who would have known that this time would come, so soon after my life begun?
I've told you before, how much you meant to me, but I've never expressed it
in words like these.
Throughout my life you've always been, the rock that gave me strength within.... Although you're gone, I hope you know your love was the seed that helped me to grow. You were the sunshine in my days. . . which were the happiest times in my life yet.
You were also the moon that helped me see through the night.
When ever people needed you, you were there helping them out, when their lives seemed unfair.
Maybe you're gone because your job here is done
and you've passed God's test of giving your best. What ever the reason,
I'll be alright because your life continues on
as the light in my life...

Life ~jfections
The sun rose in his life on September 19, 1949 and set on August 16, 2005. After an extended illness he went sweetly in the arms of Jesus with peace and rest.
Odell's life spoke for itself.
He was born in Bartow County to the late Solomon and Hattie Barton Pritchett. He was educated in the Bartow County School System and worked as a crane operator for the CSX Railroad.
The happiest day of Odell's life was June 27, 1980 when he married Roxie Powell. This union was blessed with two beautiful daughters, Redva and Queyanta, and later was blessed with a wonderful grandson, Zyiere.
Odell was a man of many talents and hobbies, some of which were fishing, hunting, cooking and especially wine making.
He was preceded in death by, his parents, a sister, and three brothers.
Left to celebrate his memories: wife, Evangelist Roxie Pritchett; two daughters, Redva and Queyanta; sister, Joann Pritchett; three brothers, John Pasley (Clara), Calvin Pritchett and Tony Pritchett (Marchelle); mother and father in-law, Rev. and Mrs. Ezekiel Powell; brothers in-law, Dorance Powell (Karen) and Aloysius Powell (Nichelle); one precious grandson, Zyiere Pritchett Branch, whom "DaDa" affectionately called "Little Man"; special niece, Waverli; special nephews, Brian and Jeffery (Jeff) and a host of other in-laws, nieces, nephews, Godchildren and friends ..

I'm Pree
Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free. I' m following the path God laid, for me. I took His hand when ~ heard Him call,
I turned my back and left it all.
I could not stay another day, To laugh, to love, to work or pray. Tasks left undone must stay that way, I found that peace at the close of day.
If my parting has left a void, Then fill it with remembered joys. A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss, Oh yes, these things I too will miss.
Be not burdened with times of sorrow, I wish you the sunshine for tomorrow. My life' s been full , I savored much, Good friends, goodtimes, a loved one' s touch.
Perhaps my time seemed all too brief, Don't lengthen it now with undue grief. Lift up your hearts and share with me,
God wanted me, He set me free!
Baby, yes you are free! Love, Roxie
