Summarium
Dea. Harvey Lee Peeples was born March 21, 1934 to the parentage of Mrs. Luvenia Hill Peeples and the late Mr. Aaron Peeples. He grew up in this native area and attended M.M. Burdell Elementary and Ballard High School. After serving in the U.S. Army, he returned to this area where he was joined in holy matrimony to Mattie Jones. To this union of 34 years three daughters were born.
He leaves to mourn his passing: a loving wife, Mrs. Mattie Peeples ofMacon, GA; four daughters, SFC Janice P. Johnson ofHeidelberg, Germany, SSG Sonia P. Graves ofFt. Belvoir, VA, Mrs. Regina P. Mason of San Diego, CA and Mrs. Luvenia W. Lewis of Macon, GA; one son, Mr. Willie J. Troutman ofMacon, GA; a devoted mother, Mrs. Luvenia H. Peeples of Monticello, GA; one sister, Mrs. Etta M. Brown of Bronyx, N.Y.; three sons-in-law, SFC Leroy Graves, Jr. ofFt. Clayton, Panama, Mr. Quinton Mason ofSan Diego, CA and Mr. Eugene Lewis, Jr. ofMacon, GA; two sisters-in-law, Mrs. Dorothy Driskell of Detroit, MI and Mrs. Virginia Jones of Macon, GA; four brothers-in-law, Mr. Henry Jones, Mr. Jim Jones, Mr. Walter Curry of Macon, GA and Mr. James Driskell ofDetroit, MI; three aunts, Mrs. Ida Bell Mortimore ofSavannah, GA, Mrs. Rosie Peeples ofDry Branch, GA and Mrs. Ella N.
