OBITUARY
Mrs. Pauline Johnson Pasley began life in the image of the infinite Creator, March 26, 1912. She was the daughter if the late Jeff and Carrie Johnson in Kingston, Georgia.
Pauline was united in Holy Matrimony to the late Edgar Pasley.
She joined Shiloh Baptist Church at an early age. Pauline was very active in Church, Sunday School teacher, tvlother of the tv1othcr Board and very active in her community. She was a very strong and loving person. Pauline helped many mothers give birth to their babies by way of mid-wife, She would get out of her bed at any hour no matter what the condition of the weather was or how far she had to walk. She was always willing to help.
Pauline was a retiree from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. and the Bartow County School System.
She quietly entered eternal life on Thursday May 22~ 1997. Through it All" she was a grand lady, never CI)'ing out in pain, but bearing her affiiction in a quiet manner at the age of 85 years old. she was preceded in death by a daughter Catherine~ three sisters. Sena Yarbough, Susie Mae Cherry and Hattie Ella Pasley. four brothers. J.T. Johnson, J.L. Johnson~ Berry Johnson and Hughsic Johnson.
In this mortal life she leaves many to mourn the full and glorious life she led; one daughter Carolyn (Donald) Strickland of Kingston. two sisters, Terrie Lee Pritchett of Kingston and Inez Whitaker of Chatt. Tenn. two grandchildren, Namar (Sylvia) Strickland of Rirerdalc. GA. and Melinda Strickland of Kingston, GA.,six great grandchildren GeRun, Mecyveiss, Kintura, Naya, Stevie and Namar JR. six neice Louise Thomas, Elizabeth Barton, Bobbie \Voolev. Catherine Appleberry and Joan Johnson and four nephews Bobb~,. and Hubert Johnson, Milton Harris, and Horace Yarbough. A host of great ncicc and nephews. friends and other associates.
