Obituary
Joseph Regenal Morman, the first child and son of Joseph Bailey Morman and Kathryn Morman Ford, was born September 7, 1946. He received Christ at an early age and was baptized at Holsey Chapel CME Church in Columbus, Georgia. In his later years he attended the Kingdom of God Outreach Ministry, Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia.
He was educated in the Muscogee County School District, graduating from Carver High School in 1964, with the honor of being a National Merit Scholar and named a candidate to the West Point Academy. Regenal entered Florida A & M University (FAMU) where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Foreign Languages. While matriculating at FAMU he served as a interpreter to the State of Florida's Board of Regents for the Governor. He was awarded a Fellowship to the University of Washington, in Seattle, where he completed a Master's Degree in Spanish Romantic Literature.
His professional career included teaching Spanish; a Computer Programmer; System's Analyst; and ultimately establishing his own software consulting firm, Morman Enterprises, Inc.. His work with corporations throughout the world allowed him to utilize his fluency in five languages.
Affectionately known as "Reggie", he was an active member of the Welcome All Community. He was a father figure to the young men of the community, and was a committed participant of the Knights of Egypt mentoring program.
On October 2, 1972 he was married to Constance Freeman. One daughter, Radiah Nikole Morman, was born to this marriage.
