Poem
God saw the road was getting rough. The hills were hard to climb
He gently closed those loving eyes, and whispered
"Peace, be thine." The weary hours, the days of pain, The sleepless nights have passed,
The ever patient worn out frame Has found sweet rest artast.
He gave no one a last farewell, Not even a good bye
He was gone before we knew it And only God knows why.
Don-'t just remember all the good times, But remember all the bad
For life is full of many things, Some happy and some sad. But, if you must do something, Then I have one last REQUEST. Forgive me for the wrong f've done And with the love that's lett, Thank God for my sou/'s resting, Thank God for all who loved me Pra;se God who loved me best.
