A child is a gift from god. From the moment of birth, as your mother, I was overwhelmed with love. I cared for you, I taught you, I protected you, I nurtured you. I did everything I knew how to ensure that you knew how much you were loved.
I turned around, years had passed and I found that you had become the one nurturing, the one protecting, and the one ensuring that I was overwhelmed with love. Lisa you did all these things for me. I thank god for allowing me to ''mother" you for 50 years. You have been a source ofpride, constant joy, and unconditional love.
Now again I'm overwhelmed. This time at losing you. You were a ''special" gift from God to me. My only consultation is in the fact that one day I will see you again. That I will kiss and hold you close to me again. God's first gift to me was giving you as my child. His second gift to us as mother and daughter is to allow us to see each other again.
Until that time I will miss you with all of my being.
- Your mother
