Beloved Mother, Grandmother &Aunt Devoted Church Member, Librarian Cherished Matriarch Will Be Sadly Missed
Thank you for joining us to celebrate and honor the life of Loretta G. Moaney. She entered into eternal rest on October 6, 2009. Loretta Green Moaney was born on April 7, 1938 to the late Robert and Adele Green. She was raised in Baltimore, Maryland The late Norman Moaney and Loretta were married and had four children: Constance, Gina, Holly and Norman. She leaves behind to cherish her memories her two daughters Gina and Holly, a sister Betty Pettigrew, four granddaughters: Martissa Jones, Devon Sears, Amber Duchow and Alicia Taylor; three grandsons: Brandon Moaney, Colin Sears and Justin Brown; five great-grandchildren: Anthony Jones, Isaiah Duchow, Alexis Jones, Collin Sears and Hellin Sears; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was a member ofWhite Oak Hills Baptist Church. Loretta was employed by the Fulton County Library System for many years and was only weeks away from retirement, on October 27, 2009. She is also remembered by a host of friends , relatives, co-workers and neighbors.
Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place. 2 Corinthians 2:14
