Mr. Ronald McGhee was born on May 22, 1951 in Chicago, illinois to Mrs.
Mae Bell Blue and Mr. Willie Lucius McGhee. He entered into eternal rest on
November 29, 2006.
At an early age he relocated to Greenville, Georgia where he dedicated his
life to Christ at Arbor Chapel United Methodist Church. He attended
Greenville Elementary School and then relocated to Atlanta, Georgia where he
attended Murphy High School. Mr. McGhee is preceded in death by one
brother, Mr. Lucius McGhee. He was also lovingly known and Scottie and Mr.
McGhee.
He leaves to cherish his memory a loving mother, Mrs. Mae Bell Blue of
Atlanta, Georgia; a loving father, Mr. Willie Lucius McGhee of Chicago,
illinois; wife, G.S. McGhee; three sons, Ronald, Jr. (Ebony), Randy Bernard
and Ernest (Big Jim); one beautiful daughter, Gwenita Avanta McGhee; three
grandchildren, Ronald, III, Raven Emani McGhee and Ayannah Riggins all of
Atlanta, Georgia; two sisters, Mary (Bennie) and Lola Dunlap of Decatur,
Georgia; five aunts, Elizabeth, Jerlene, Ellen, Ruby Lee all of Atlanta, Georgia
and Annie Sue of Chicago, illinois; three uncles, Jack A. Parks of Warm
Springs, Georgia, Warner (Juanita) of Greenville, Georgia , Leamer (Annie
Ruth) of Jonesboro, Georgia and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and
friends.

So dry your eyes and stop crying don't worry about dying This is a debt we all must pay; all I did was just sleep away. Don't cry for me-just be strong; I know you are sad but not for long. You see I had made preparations for this day, you too, must prepare everyday;
So one day you will be ready to come my way. I was with you many years: we had our fears and our tears: We had our joys and our hopes, but I grew tired and needed rest.
When you think about me just smile And thank God for lending me to you for awhile.
Remember I am in heaven somewhere, And when you come I will see you there.
