Mr. Hubert Maul was born April 15, 1916 in Selma Alabama. He was the son of Mr. Fred and the late Mrs. Mamie Preston.
In 1941 he moved to talladega. He was married to Miss Linnie Gunn in 1945. He was a long time employer of Brooks foundry. Mr. Maul had been in the poorest of health for two years . before passing to his reward in his sleep December : 25th at his home.
Mr. Maul was ~ .good husband and of a quiet nature.
He was well liked by everyone.
He is survived by a loving wife Mrs. Linnie Maul of Talladega. His father, Fred Preston of Dayton, Ohio. One daughter Ms. Ann Rogers of Detriot, One step daughter Mrs.Elizabeth Cochran and one stepson Willie Jackson both of Ta-lladega. :Twelve grandchildren and four great grandchilcfren, lone s~ster Mrs. Ruth . Banks of Chicago, two br-others, Lawyer Preston and Norman Preston 6f Atlanta Georgia~ so~e other relatives and many friends.
