"A LIFE... FULLY COMMITTED TO GOD"
CONSTANCE "CONNIE" MARSHALL
ube thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life."
--Rev. 2: 10
The greatest pride afforded the lives of Elder Harvey L. Sr. and Mrs. Luewill Wilso n Marshall was for God to bless them on January 11 , 1970 in Orlando, Florida, with a beautif ul daughter, Constance-- lovingly referred to as "Co nnie". ~
From infancy, the Lord blessed Conn ie w it h unique qual ities of meekness, hu mbleness and kindness. She loved life and reverenced God for His anointi ng in her life.
She received her ed ucation in th e Orange County Public Schools; namely, Lake Weston Elem entary, Lockhart Junior Hig h and Edgewater Hig h School where she graduated in June of 1988. Connie loved working with her hands and concentrated her studies in the area of computers.
Connie's life was centered around her church and her family. At the ag e of 10, she began playing th e organ--a musical gift from God. Her keen " ear'' for music resul ted in her excelling as a talented and anointed music messenger.
Her relig ious aspirati ons inc luded rende ring faithful service to God as a Sunday School teacher of the kindergarten class, Sunday School Secretary, member of the Purity Band, Y.W.C.C., Hospitality Group, Organist for both the Youth Choir and District Choir. Connie gained the respect and love of her peers and other mentors.
As a music minister, she was a member of a singing group, The Trinity Singers, which included her sister, Jackie, and loving Mother.
Connie was an energetic and industrious young lady who utilized her skills and training in the technological field of data processing. She was em ployed at Westinghouse Electric Corporation as a Data Ent ry Clerk.
Connie's life was dedicated to the Lord at an early age. As the oldest sibling, she kept busy by staying abreast of the latest gospel music; being th e "best fri end" to her sister; serving as a role model for her younger brothers and making her parents happy as an "Ambassador of Christ" w ho was fully committed.
On Thursday morning, May 18, 1989, at 2:00 a.m., Connie was transformed from the labors of th is world to a place where she will eternally be " safe in the arms" of her Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

--Proverbs 31 :29
