On the morning of November 28, 2004, God Almighty saw fit to call one of His loved ones home, Mr. Gregory Maddox, Sr.
He was born on May 3, 1957, to the late Mr. & Mrs. Henry C. and Maggie
B. Maddox of Atlanta, Georgia.
He graduated from Smith High School in 1976. He was united in holy matrimony to LeTasha Maddox. He worked for many years at the ABC Compound in Morrow, Georgia. He was a member of the Harvest of Blessings Church in Palmetto, Georgia. He was a very loving husband, brother, father, uncle and friend.
He leaves to cherish his memory eight children, Ms. Tobah Harper, Mr. Gregory Maddox, Jr., Mr. & Mrs. Dennis Martin (Tasha), Mr. Walter Hughley, Mr. & Mrs. Eric Maddox, Mr. Savensky Maddox, Mr. Ecion Myhan, and Ms. Naya Myhan; five grandchildren; four brothers, Mr. & Mrs. Leonard Swinger, Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Swinger, Mr. & Mrs. Henry Maddox, and Mr. & Mrs. Nathan Maddox; two sisters, Ms. Gaynelle Maddox and Mr. & Mrs. Thomas Hodge (Charlotte); one uncle, Mr. & Mrs. Andrew Blake; and host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
