Jacolby D'wan Lowe was born on August 15, 1989 and Jerod Antwoine Burke was born on July 12, 1992 in Atlanta, Georgia to Ms. Jeanette Lowe and Mr. Rodney Burke. They transitioned home to glory on October 20, 2013.
They attended L. 0. Kimberly Elementary School, Bunche Middle School and later graduated from Campbell High School.
J acolby had a passion for rapping, and cutting hair, while his brother, Jerod would master stealing your heart away with his beautiful smile and dimples. The two were inseparable.
They both are preceded in death by their grandfather, Willie T. Lowe, Sr.; uncle, Willie T. Lowe, Jr.; aunts, Barbara Lowe-Knight and Blondine Lowe.
J acolby and Jerod leaves to cherish their parents, Ms. Jeanette Lowe and Mr. Rodney Burke (Terri); brothers, Derrick A. Benford and Joshua Allen; sister, Tami Burke; grandmothers, Ruby Lowe and Annie Burke; grandfather, Samuel Burke; aunt, Deborah BurkeJohnson; uncles, Darin Burke (Deborah), Reginald Burke (Ovida), Reginald Lawrence, Nathaniel Lowe, Billy Lowe, Anthony Lowe, Michael Lowe and Thomas Lowe; a host of family and friends.
We knew little that morning, God was going to callyour name,
in lift we lovedyou dear!J, in death we do the same. It broke our hearts to loseyou, you did notgo alone,
for parts ofme went withyou,
the day God calledyou home. You left us beautiful memories,
your love is still ourguide, and though we cannot seeyou, you are always by our side. OurJami!J chain is broken, and nothing seems the same, but as God calls us one by one,
the chain will link again.
