A Letter To My Sister Letting Go
To let go does not mean to stop loving or caring. its the realization we can't control our destiny. To let go is to admit powerlessness lvhich means life's outcome is not in our hands. To let go is not to deny. but to accept and face the reality of life and death as much as if hurts; to let go is to sit here writing and thinking ofyou knowing I won~ see you again in this life. but knowing I'll see you again in a better one. To let go is to not forget the past but to cherish it, to cherish all the good and bad times we had togethet: To let go is not to 11y to change blame or judge another, but to learn from naJural consequences to grow and live for the future, Richard Julian's future. Juliet Singletary-Lee was born on February 14, 1952
in Chicago, Illinois. Juliet was the third child of six born to Jesse
and Vivian Singletary. She recieved her formal education at St.
Stephens Lutheran School and Juliette G. Lolo Upper Grade
Center, then graduated Parker High School. Juliet also attended
Wilson Junior College.

She was baptized into the Lutheran faith on April 13, 1958 and became a member of St. Stephens Evangelical Lutheran Church. After several years, she became a member of Supreme Temple of Love and Truth.
Juliet departed this life on September 7, 1994, at St. Bernard Hospital.
Juliet !eaves to cherish her memories, her father and mother: Jesse and Vivian Singletary; grandmother: Evelyn Singletary; three brothers: Ronald, Anthony and Vincent Singletary; two sisters: JoAnn Jones and Janis Singletary; seven aunts; six uncles; nine nephews; nine nieces; five great-nieces and one great-nephew. She also leaves her beloved Richard, and her "miracle" son Richard Julian. And all the many people who knew and loved her.
To my loving mother whom I've yet had a chance to know. I k11ow in my heart that you would have loved me so. Even though you're gone, the love that you carried for me lingers on. I'll grow with your strength which is heavenly sent. I 'II do my best to be what you would have raised me to be, a fine young gentleman born to Juliet Lee.
