The days of our years are threescore ad ten; and
if by reason of strength they be forescore years, yet
is their strength labor and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.

06ituary
Mr. Julius Latimore was one of four sons born to Mr. Luther Latimore and Mrs. Florence Edmonson Latimore on March 5, 1918 in Atlanta, Georgia. Brothers Willie "Yank," Arthur, and Robert preceeded him in death.
Julius received his education in the Atlanta public schools and later served his country during World War II. He was married to the late Mary Mobley in 1945.
He moved to Greene County many years ago and became a member of his extended family of aunts, uncles and cousins. During this period in his life he also confessed his belief in Christ. Julius was friendly, kind hearted and he loved to talk to family and friends.
For the past years, Julius was a resident at Sparta Health Care where he was well liked by other residents and staff members.
The psalmist David admonishes us that the days of our years are threescore and ten and that we must apply our hearts to widsom. Only July 19, 1994, Julius departed this earthly life at McDuffie County Medical Center.
He leaves to cherish his memory nieces, a nephew, a vast number of cousins and friends. Among the numerous cousins are Willie and Ruth Latimore, Tommy and Daisy Latimore, and John Jewell, of Atlanta, Ga.; and Melvin and Willie Mae Stephens of Woodville, Ga.
