~~fterglow~~ by Helen Lowrie Marshall
I'd like the memory ofme To be a happy one.
I'd like to leave an afterglow Ofsmiles when day is done.
I'd like to leave an echo Whispering softly down the ways, Ofhappy times and laughing times
And bright and sunny days.
I'd like the tears ofthose who grieve, To dry before the sun
Ofhappy memories /leave Behind - when day is done.
In times like these, it is difficult to find the words to express the love we feel for all of you who have strengthened and embraced us with your love. Most assuredly, we have felt your prayers, your compassion and your caring spirit. May God richly bless all of you and we thank you &om the depths of our heart.

THE LIFE OF
BRUCE WILL KELLY
Bruce Will Kelly was born to the late Martin Bruce Kelly and Utora Edwards Kelly on November 30, 1935. He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Harper, James and Martin, Jr. ; and two sisters, Bertha and Dorothy.
Bruce was the oldest of eight children and was raised by his loving grandmother, Mrs. Bertha Davis. Bruce grew up in Walton County, attending its public schools, Loganville Elementary and Carver High School in Monroe, Georgia.
He and a couple of friends left home for the big city and went to live for a while in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Upon his return to Georgia, Bruce reaquainted with his childhood sweetheart, Louise.
In their courtship, Bruce sincerely expressed the desire to find his siblings who were being raised in an orphanage, and relocate them to live with him. Bruce fulfilled his desires. He married his loving wife, Louise on February 7, 1954. He also obtained parental rights for his younger siblings. Bruce had yet another desire to serve. So, he joined the United States Air Force, honorably serving and protecting his country.
Bruce worked alongside his wife as the co-owner of two daycare centers for thirty years. Bruce enjoyed working with children. For many years, he drove the children to school and to other activities.
Bruce was the proud father of Christopher Bruce Will Kelly and Audra Eugenia Kelly. His children and grandchildren kept him active and gave him much fulfillment and pleasure.
Bruce was quiet and soft-spoken. He made his decision to follow the Lord under the leadership of Pastor Harold Cleveland in 1965. He served as a faithful deacon at the Atlanta Boulevard Seventh-day Adventist Church for over 20 years.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his childhood sweetheart and wife of sixty years, Louise Kelly; children, Christopher and Audra Kelly; grandchildren, Niketta, Keyatta, Christopher, Chrishanda and Laura Kelly; two sisters, Mamie (Herman) Kelley and Gwendolyn Harris; nieces and nephews and a host of relatives and friends.
To his loving wife, children and grandchildren he offered support endlessly and was always ((The Wind Beneath Their Wings. "
