OBITUARY
We have gathered today in the name of the one and only God, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit to mark the
passing into the eternal life of
Arthur Lee Jones Sr.
Arthur "Toady" Jones was born May 21, 1942 in Atlanta, Ga to the late Julia Mae Roberts and Arthur Lee Hambrick.
Arthur was employed at North American Container Corp. until his retirement in 2006. He had a big heart for those in
need and served as a dedicated volunteer with Each One, Reach One where he co-founded the Adopt-A-Grandparent Program.
Arthur departed this life on Thursday, November 20, 2014. He is preceded in death by Willene Smith Jones; a brother
Joseph Clarence Jones. He leaves to cherish his fond memories Natasha Avery and Evelyn Jones; two sisters, Mary Germany and Jeanette Broughton; nine children, Arthur (Anita) Jones, Deborah (David) Jennings, Cherry Yvette Jones, Angela (Julius) Davis, Derrick (Angela) Jones, Rodney (Michelle) Jones; Sandra Smith, Brenda Jones, Bernard Smith; sixteen grandchildren, nineteen great
grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, close relatives, and friends.
In memory of Mr. Jones, the family is asking that donations be made to Each One, Reach One.
