Ms. Fay Eunice Johnson was a very special lady. She was the eighth of nine children born to proud parents, the late Mr. Hosea Johnson and Mrs. Gladys Johnson on April25, 1955 in South Bend, Indiana.
The years of her youth were spent with great joy, as she attended Perley Elementary and Adams High School in South Bend, Indiana. She earned a B.A. degree at Oakwood College in Huntsville, Alabama. She went on to further her education by earning an M.A. degree in Special Education at West Georgia College, Carrollton, Georgia.
Fay loved the Lord. She was in his service, as she sang in the choir, and was a member of the ~ young people Path Finder Organization. She was baptized at an early age with her membership firm at the Berrien Seventh-day Adventist Church.
She loved sharing herself and did so while employed by the Dekalb County Board of Education. Her last measure of devotion in her chosen career was at Southwest Dekalb High School, Decatur, Georgia.
Fay is resting, waiting for the return of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Family members left to cherish her memory are three sisters, Mrs. Doris Lee, South Bend, Indiana, Mrs. Dessie Fils, Jacksonville, Florida, and Ms. Linda Johnson, South Bend, Indiana; three brothers, Mr. Raymond Johnson, Ft. Wayne, Indiana, Mr. Ronnie Johnson, South Bend, Indiana, and Mr. Larry Johnson, Berrien Spring, Michigan; one aunt, Mrs. Dorthy Gray, Los Angeles, California; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many, many friends. Two brothers who are also resting and waiting are the late Mr. Wayne Johnson and the late Mr. Terry Johnson. We are here with tears in our eyes and our hearts are heavy. Yes we love you, and we'll miss you all of our lives. Darling Fay go on and take your rest, for the Lord loved you best.

Ms. Johnson wished for you an education, encouragedyou to study andpray. She would say IIPut Godfirst in your life, and success will be yours". She gave her all to inspire you, and direct you down the path oflove, joy, and peace. You can honor her memory by being the best you can be, and to remember to help someone else.
