I'VE LIVED A LIFE FILLED WITH JOY AND FUN
~)y~yer
Kristoffer Jett was born June 6, 1983 in Chicago Illinois. He was the only child of Michelle Jett, and was the grandson of Helen Jett-Caldwell and the late Donald Jett. Kristoffer accepted Christ and was baptized at an early age. He was passionate about education and applied his knowledge and life experiences to teaching youth. He earned a B.S. in Education from Chicago State University and a M.S. in Education from Governor State University.
Kris served his community by various means. In Chicago, under Mayor Rahm Emanuel, he was an intern to the Chicago City Council. After relocating to Atlanta, he served in the Fulton County School System as a teacher.
In 2014, Kristoffer was delighted to become a father to his only child , a daughter, Kennedy.
Kristoffer loved to travel especially on cruises. He was known for his charisma, sense of humor, and ability to keep those around him feeling welcome, comfortable, and entertained . Kristoffer could put a smile on anyone's face. In his early years Kristoffer spent a significant amount of time with his Aunt Simonette and Uncle Anthony. Throughout his life he maintained a close and special relationship with his Uncle Anthony Fountain.
He is deeply loved and remembered by his mother, Michelle Jett; grandmother, Helen Jett Caldwell; daughter, Kennedy; his aunts, uncles, cousins, girlfriend , and a host of family members and close friends.
Speak of me as you have always done. Remember the good times, laughter, and fun. Share the happy memories we've made. Do not let them wither or fade.
1111 be with you in the summerls sun, and when the winterls chill has come. 1111 be the voice that whispers in the breeze. 11m peaceful now, put your mind at ease. I've rested my eyes and gone to sleep, but memories we've shared are yours to keep. Sometimes our final days may be a test, but remember me when I was at my best.
Although things may not be the same, donlt be afraid to use my name. Let your sorrow last for just a while. Comfort each other and try to smile.
11ve lived a life filled with joy and fun. So live on now, and know that I love you for all youlve done.
