"Uncle Bobby"
Words by "Ken-Ken" (Kendra Neal)
A hardworking man Ever since day one From on shift at night Til the rising of the sun
Remember watching him shine And polish his shoes With such a technique
They'd always look new
Had the coolest strut As he walked down the street
And one of the nicest guys You could ever want to meet
Then, later off to pump gas and wipe shields At the Shells station he'd go With the best customer service You could ever know
Anything about them Dallas Cowboys Would make him smile or frown Depending on whether or not Their season was up or down
A very special Uncle indeed Saying not, too many words Yet his presence always felt And his voice always heard
What a blessing it was to see The expressions on his face That could only point to the Unending Mercies of our Father's Amazing Grace

Perhaps you sent a lovely card, or sat quietly in a chair. Perhaps you sent those beautifulflowers that we saw sitting there. Perhaps you spoke the kindest words, as any friend could say. Perhaps you were not there at all, just thought ofus that day. Whatever you did to console our hearts, we thank you so much for whatever part.
The family of the late Raymond Lee Jernigan would like to convey our deepest gratitude for the kind thoughts and expressions of sympathy, concern and love extended to us during this hour of bereavement. The family also wishes to extend a special thanks to the Concordia Transitional Care and Rehabilitation Center, Sentara Albemarle Medical Center 3rd floor staff and Community Hospice. Your support at this difficult time has been a great comfort. Please continue to pray for us and may God bless each of you.

--God Took Him To His Loving Home--
God saw him getting tired, a cure was not to be. He wrapped him in His loving arms and whispered, "Come with me". He suffered much in silence, his spirit did not bend He faced his pain with courage, until the very end He tried so hard to stay with us but his fight was not in vain, God took
him to His loving home andfreed him from the pain. Anonymous
