ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
Words are inadequate to express the humbleness and gratefulness we feel toward all of our relatives and friends who have consoled us during our bereavement. Your presence, prayers, phone calls, love and service has sustained us. May God's blessing be upon each of you.

RISE AND SHINE, GIVE GOD THE GLORY
Everyday I would awaken my
children by cutting t'he light on
and saying, "Rise and Shine,
give God the Glory". Every _
time their feet hit the floor,
they had another opportunity
to thank and experience God's
love, bringing them from
darkness to light. It was a..
privilege to be able to wake up
in God's hand. To the unsaved,
backsliders and unbelievers,
ARISE and receive God's
salvation. Be converted, so that
one day you will have a chance
to shine in God's Glory, and
YES the. day will come.
-'"
It is okay to cry and grieve, but do not stay in this place. I am not in pain, tny suffering is over. I have crossed over and ! received the healing virtue of Jesus Christ. Remember my smiles, my teaching and all the love I had for you all. When thinking of me just retnember, "RISE AND SHINE, GIVE
GOD THE GLORY".
Today my children, fatnily and friends, I did arise and shine IN God's glory. Wipe away all tears of sadness, keep the tears of joy and help me give "God the Glory". Praise Him
because I truly atn!

Judy Renee Dell Jackson, born February 1, 1957 in Atlanta, Georgia, was the third of eight children born to Mae Francis Dell Alford. After a courageous battle with cancer, God called her home on November 23rd, 2013 . She graduated in 1975 from Columbia High School in Dekalb County and continued her education at Dekalb Community College. Judy was employed and retired from the Department of Driver Services after 30 years of service.
She was member of New St. John Missionary Baptist Church in Atlanta, were she was very active devoting herself serving on varies organizations from Sunday school teacher to the Church Choir.
She loved listening to gospel music, studying the word of God, singing, traveling, gardening, spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed every moment with her grandchildren and had given them all nicknames that fit their character or described them.
She was a gift from Christ, some even viewed and considered her to be an Angel. Words cannot paramount to what she accomplished and done for others. Successful at whatever task she set out to accomplish, accepting "NO" for an answer or using the words "I can't"~ those acts were unacceptable and against her will. Her happiness and joy stemmed from fulfilling the needs of others, and that was the nature of her character, never asking for anything in return.
She is survived by three loving and caring children. Daughters~ Akeera Carter, Teneisha (Meshach) Clarke. Son~ Tarrick (Tiffanie) Jackson~ a mother, Mae Frances Dell Alford~ three brothers, Gerald Dell, Kenneth Alford (Melanie), Kelvin Alford (Chantel)~ three sisters, Carol Dell Grant, Margie Hayes, Deborah Watts((Cal)~ ten grandchildren~ and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
