Mrs. Mary H. Irwin, also known as "Baby Sister, " or "Ms.] Mary," was bom on March 17, 1943 in Monroe, Georgia as thi third child of nine children born to the late Mr. James Willie Heard, the late Mr. Jimmy Lee Marks, and Mrs. Ollie Mae Marks. She went home to be with God on Monday, September 21, 2009.
Mary was a very spiritual individual and always talked about hei personal relationship with God. Mary loved to sing; this becami evident when she joined and rejoiced with the choir at First Baptist Church in Atlanta, Georgia. Eventually in 2006, she joinet herfamily's church, Triumph Trinity Temple in Atlanta, Georgia.
Mary attended the University of Georgia and graduated with hig) honors. For over twenty years, she made her career working foi the United States Post Office. There, she supervised the OP1 machines. After retiring, she found another love which wat
working for the DeKalb County School System as a bus driver,]
safely ensuring our children reached their destinations. Hei experiences there helped to shape her into the special and lovec person of which we all knew well.

'Mary embodied an overwhelmingly loving personality and spreat her charm and warm spirit everywhere she went. She was able toj\
light up a room just with her smile. She touched so many lives and was loved by everyone. She always enjoyed bowling, travelingM cooking, and spending quality time with herfamily. She was joined I in holy matrimony to Mr. Claude Irwin in 1960. To this union, twc daughters and one son were bom.
