Was born August 24,1949 to the late Mrs. Mary Lucille Hillman and Mr. Bennie Hillman, Jr. He attended Jonathan Wales College. He served in the United States Navy from 1968 to 1972.
He joined Lilly Hill Baptist Church at an early age. William retired from General Motors after 20 years. William is at peace and rest with the Lord. He departed this life on August 31, 2015.
William Hillman leaves to cherish his memory his sister, Charlotte Yvonne Burnett and Janice Melodious Greene; one brother, Prince Milton Hillman and a host of loving cousins, nephews and nieces.
