FAMILY APPRECIATION
The power of little things The memory of a kindly word
For long gone by.
The fragrance of a fading flower
Sent lovingly.
The gleam of a sudden fear,
The warm pressure of the hand, The tone of cheer,
The note that only hears a verse From Gods own word:
Such tiny things we hardly count as ministry,
The giver deeming they have shown Scant sympathy:
But when the heart is overwrought, Oh, who can tell
The power of such tiny things To make our sick world well!

I HAVE A PLACE IN HEAVEN
Please donlt sing sad songs for me, Forget your grief and tears, For I am in a perfect place, Away from pain and fears . .. rm far away from hunger, And hurt and want and pride,
I have a place in Heaven
With the Master at my side. My life on earth was very good,
As earthly lives can go,
But paradise is so much more
Than anyone can know. ..
My heart is filled with happiness,
And sweet rejoicing too.
To walk with God is perfect peace,
A joy forever new.
