Safely Home
I am home in Heaven, dear ones, Oh so happy and so bright! There is perfect joy and beauty in this everlasting light.
All the pain and grief is over, every restless tossing passed, I am now at peace forever, safely home in Heaven at last. Did you wonder, I so calmly trod the vailey of the shade? Oh! But Jesus' love illumined every dark and fearful glade. And He came Himself to meet me, in that way so hard to read; And with Jesus' arm to lean on, could l have one doubt or dread? Then you must not grieve so sorely, for I love you dearly still, Try to look beyond earth's shadows; try to trust our Father's will. There is \Vork still waiting for you, so you must not idly stand; Do it now, while life remains- you shall rest m Jesus' land. When the work is all completed, He will gently call you Home; Oh , the rapture of that meeting - Oh, the joy to see you come! His soul has but taken flight into the land where there is no night; He is not dead, he has only gone on into a brighter and wonderful dawn.
For his spirit lives on and like the warm sun. It will nourish the dreams that he had begun.
For this hour of sorrow is only God's will , For the good in this man is living here still.

Acknonlcdgment There is no heart that can hear those grievances \Vithout the love shown by friends. We wish you to know that our hearts have been 1nade to feel vvarn1 by the kindness. condolences. flowers, and sytnpathies shown at our titne of beareave1nent.

I willfear no evil; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence ofmy enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over.
